We are one of the new emerging bottling manufacturers in Tiruvannamalai, Tamilnadu. Founded in 2025, Keshika Aqua Solutions has maintained an indomitable market position ever since, now trusted by hundreds of retailers and distributors in the city. We are involved in all aspects of Packaged drinking water bottling, which include manufacturing, packaging, and distribution.
Ours is a small and committed team that, in sync with the state-of-art infrastructure, enables us to deliver on our customers’ needs and maintain a consistent supply of RO water in the communities we serve.

Detailed Step-by-Step RO Purification Process

 

Raw Water Treatment (Pre-treatment):

• Raw Water Pump:Feeds raw water from the source into the system.
• Sand Filter (Multimedia Filtger):Removes larger suspended solids, sand, silt, and rust.
• Activated Carbon Filter:Removes chlorine, chloramines, organic compounds, and odor, which protects the RO membrane from oxidation.
• Micron Cartridge Filter (Sediment Filter):Removes fine particles and suspended impurities that escaped the sand filter, preventing membrane clogging.
• Dosing Pump (Antiscalant):Adds chemicals to prevent scaling (salt buildup) on the RO membrane.

 

RO Membrane Filtration (Main Stage):

• High-Pressure Pump:Forces the pre-treated water at high pressure against a semi-permeable RO membrane.
• Reverse Osmosis Membrane:Blocks up to 99% of dissolved solids, heavy metals, microorganisms (bacteria/viruses), and contaminants.
• Separation:The water splits into two streams: treated, low-saline water ( permeate ) and concentrated waste water ( reject ).

Post-Treatment and Disinfection:

• pH Correction/Remineralization:Often, RO water is slightly acidic; Post-filters add back essential minerals like calcium/magnesium and adjust pH for better taste.
• UV Sterilization:An Ultraviolet (UV) lamp destroys any remaining microorganisms and bacteria.
• Post-Carbon Filter:Polishes the water to remove any lingering odors or tastes.
• Storage and Distribution:Purified water is stored in a clean, closed tank for consumption
